Artists Feedback Session – Led by Yolanda Shields

Our free feedback sessions are a chance to get feedback on your work from a practicing artist in a supportive and friendly environment.

Taking place at the end of each month, our free feedback sessions are a chance to get feedback on your work from a practicing artist in a supportive and friendly environment. All kinds of creative work are welcome. May’s feedback session will be led by ‘Squidgy World’ exhibiting artist and Turf studio member Yolanda Shields, aka Milktooth.

There are five slots available for showing work, but all are welcome to join in the discussion! Please arrive promptly to ensure your place. Email us your images and any additional requirements at info@turf-projects.com if you’d like us to get images up full scale on our projector.

We’re encouraging intergenerational collaboration within all of our workshops as part of current project ‘Squidgy World’. All ages are welcome and we’d especially love for you to spread the word to people aged 65+! You only need to book for one if you would like to bring more than one caregiver.

ABOUT YOLANDA SHIELDS

Yolanda Shields aka Milktooth’s artistic practice is autobiographical and inspired by their experiences of Complex-PSTD. Using watercolour, collage and soft sculptures, they explore a self fractured through trauma, and the possibilities of reconstituting an identity by embracing fragmentation. They are currently involved in making a body of work titled Altars to my Alters.
