Turf’s annual review is a yearly 3-day process where the team and trustees get together to reflect, workshop and plan the year ahead – from budgets to programming – where all are welcome to sit in.
We hold this as an open process not just for transparency, but so others can learn about the behind-the-scenes processes of running an arts organisation and charity.
