Join the Turf team as we review our approach to accessibility, for ourselves and visitors. We’ll reflect on how our space and headspace is working for us, how we work with each other and visitors, how we address conflicts and create a welcoming space.
This could be a good session for you if you’re interested in the practical implementation of accessibility within a space and organisation, particularly social model approaches to access.
Turf’s annual review is a yearly 3-day process where the team and trustees get together to reflect, workshop and plan the year ahead – from budgets to programming – where all are welcome to sit in.
We hold this as an open process not just for transparency, but so others can learn about the behind-the-scenes processes of running an arts organisation and charity.
