In Future Games, we’ll explore the incredible ‘Prefab Paradise’ exhibition from various angles and use it as a launchpad for drawing, dancing, debating, painting and predicting. You’ll invent future handshakes, perform the first and last dances ever performed on Earth and paint a vision of the future/past with someone you’ve only just met. You’ll also take home a silver diary from the future: your mission is to predict tomorrow before it happens, ending with one final deep future mystery.
Michael Crowe is a writer, artist and teacher based in St Albans. His work has shown up at LACMA, in St Gallen, and at Le Plateau in Paris, and he’s talked about it at the New Museum NY and the BFI. He runs Spaghetti Club [@spaghetti_clurb], a creative writing and thinking project for children, named one of Frieze Magazine’s best exhibitions in the UK and Ireland. Michael has also taught a dance workshop in Korea, published an Oulipo-themed book on GTA Online, and designed fictional flowers for LEGO.
