This print was made by printing with pressed seaweeds collected as drift off the coast of south/east Scotland during a residency at Hospitalfield in Autumn 2019. It is unique, made with water based inks and seaweeds (forest kelp and grape pip weed). Part of a series, these prints form a fragment of the thinking process behind a body of work exploring relationships between seaweed and gender, and the importance of ecologies of care.
