London Road Online Treasure Trail
On your marks, get set, go! On this online trail, discover some of the hidden gems, histories and day to day stories nestled amongst the buildings and signage lining the street.
Use the activity London Road Treasure Trail activity guide as a template to make your own treasure trail. If you have a printer at home, you can print out this map and fill it in. Tune in to our London Road Audio Tour and complete the activity guide while you listen. Follow along on Google Street View, using the links below, or make the journey in your mind’s eye. Tell us what you know and love about London Road, and what changes – big or small – you would like to see along your high street.

TAKE THE STREET VIEW TOUR…
There are two ways to follow the London Road Audio Tour on Google Street View. You can use the numbered links below to jump along to the next stopping point, or you can navigate yourself up the road from the starting point using the arrows that appear on the ground in Google Street View.
Did you know that you can use Google Street View to time travel? Once on Google Street View, you should be able to see a clock-like icon circled by arrows pointing anti-clockwise, in the top left corner of your browser window. If you click here you can navigate through time and see London Road as documented in previous years.
