Sit in on the first session of Turf’s annual review of 2024! The team will be reviewing what we said we’d do and what we did in the past year.
What went well, what didn’t go so well across our programme, exhibitions and audiences?
This could be a good session for you if you’re interested in learning about evaluation and ACE NPO reporting.
Turf’s annual review is a yearly 3-day process where the team and trustees get together to reflect, workshop and plan the year ahead – from budgets to programming – where all are welcome to sit in.
We hold this as an open process not just for transparency, but so others can learn about the behind-the-scenes processes of running an arts organisation and charity.

In 2023, around 30% of people booking free tickets didn’t attend. As a charity, we aim to support people who need creative opportunities the most and our free tickets are limited and in high demand. Every person who doesn’t turn up means someone else can’t attend, so please let us know if you can’t make it to free up a space. If you don’t attend twice or more without letting us know, you may be restricted from booking again.
